About Gun Fest

Gun Fest is a run-and-gun arcade shooter about collecting weapons as you go. You move forward automatically or on rails, picking up guns that stack and upgrade, and the fun is in watching a modest pistol turn into an absurd wall of fire by the end of a level.

It is a short-session game: levels take a minute or two, and the escalation is the reward.

How to play Gun Fest

Steer with the mouse or arrow keys; firing is usually automatic.
Drive through gates and pickups that add or upgrade weapons.
Avoid the gates that reduce your firepower — they are marked.
Clear the boss at the end of the level with everything you have collected.

Tips for Gun Fest

Take the upgrade gate over the quantity gate when you have to choose; stronger guns beat more guns.
Stay central so you can reach gates on either side.
Do not clip obstacles — losing a weapon early compounds for the whole level.
The boss is a damage check; anything you skipped shows up there.
