About Ballistic

Ballistic is a physics puzzle shooter: your shots arc, ricochet and interact with the level, and hitting the target usually means bouncing a round off two surfaces rather than firing straight at it. Each level is a small problem with a limited number of shots.

It is slower and more thoughtful than the arena shooters around it, and much more satisfying when a plan works first time.

How to play Ballistic

Study the level before firing; you have a fixed number of shots.
Aim at surfaces, not at targets — most solutions are bounces.
Watch the trajectory preview if the level offers one.
Restart freely; a failed attempt tells you where the angles are.

Tips for Ballistic

Shallow angles carry further than steep ones; aim to graze surfaces rather than hit them square.
Solve backwards from the target — ask what surface could deliver a shot to it.
Gravity affects the arc; distant targets need more elevation than they look like they do.
If two shots always miss the same way, your first bounce is wrong, not your aim.
